pkid Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pkid", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pkid online gaming platform, operated under an international gaming license, accessible at pkid.bet.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses any service provided by pkid.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the pkid platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR-denominated funds held within a Player's pkid account at any given time, inclusive of deposits and winnings but exclusive of locked bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to an account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process pkid conducts in accordance with its licensing and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Services" means the full range of products offered by pkid, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slot games, Teen Patti, and fishing games.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of pkid Services is restricted or forbidden by applicable law or pkid policy.

By accessing pkid.bet, registering a Player Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the pkid platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkid with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

pkid reserves the right to decline service to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Use of pkid Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. pkid operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
2. You are accessing the pkid platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, nor are you accessing pkid from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by pkid or applicable international gaming regulations.
4. You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of pkid or any associated company, affiliate, or software provider.
5. You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
6. You are not registered as a self-excluded player on pkid or any associated platform.

To access real-money Services on pkid, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pkid account. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. pkid employs technical and manual controls to detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed without notice.
• Any balances held in duplicate accounts, including winnings derived from Bonus Funds, may be forfeited at pkid's sole discretion.
• Any withdrawals processed from a duplicate account prior to detection may be reclaimed by pkid.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkid will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

pkid is required under its international gaming license obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Player Accounts. pkid may request identity and payment verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account in your registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits or withdrawal volumes exceed thresholds set by pkid's compliance team

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. pkid aims to complete standard KYC reviews within three (3) business days of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete or illegible documents will be rejected, and the review period will recommence upon receipt of acceptable replacements.

pkid treats all KYC documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Documents are processed solely for identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or licensing obligations.

pkid accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR. pkid does not accept deposits made by third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the pkid Player Account.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the pkid cashier and may be adjusted based on account verification status, responsible gaming settings, or risk management requirements.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must have successfully completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the same account, except where this is technically impossible, in which case additional documentation may be required.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any Active Bonus Funds or incomplete wagering requirements will prevent withdrawal of the associated funds until requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are one (1) to three (3) business days following completion of KYC review. Times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

pkid offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pkid promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not meeting wagering requirements within the validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• pkid reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or where the promotion has been offered in error.
• Winnings derived from Free Bet awards are credited as Bonus Funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

All bets and wagers placed on pkid are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all selections prior to confirmation. pkid will not void or amend a settled bet on the grounds that it was placed in error by the Player, except in the circumstances specified below.

pkid reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event or market where odds were published in manifest error (palpable error) that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
• The event to which the bet relates has been subject to confirmed match-fixing or irregular activity as determined by the relevant sports governing body or law enforcement authority.
• There is evidence that the Player had access to information not publicly available at the time of placing the bet that would constitute insider advantage.
• A technical error in pkid's systems resulted in incorrect odds, market availability, or settlement of a result.

For casino games, the outcome of each game round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system audited by an independent testing laboratory. pkid does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game will be resolved according to the outcome of the RNG at the point of disconnection, and the result will be applied to the Player's account upon reconnection.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products on pkid and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. pkid reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on specific accounts based on risk management assessments.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkid. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Player Account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC
• Using pkid Services for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose
• Colluding with other players in any multi-player game or betting market
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the pkid platform without prior written consent
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with pkid platform software
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls
• Depositing or wagering funds that derive, directly or indirectly, from criminal activity
• Engaging in any conduct intended to disrupt, overload, or impair pkid systems or infrastructure

All content on the pkid platform — including but not limited to the pkid brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pkid or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkid platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pkid content
• Create derivative works based on any pkid platform element
• Use the pkid brand, name, or logo in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the pkid platform

Any unauthorised use of pkid intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may give rise to legal action.

pkid collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the pkid Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and available at pkid.bet/privacy-policy. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkid may share your data with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of operating the platform, processing payments, conducting KYC verification, and fulfilling licensing obligations. pkid will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

pkid uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve platform functionality and personalise your experience. Detailed information on cookie usage is set out in the Privacy Policy.

pkid is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. pkid provides Players with a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your session reaches a specified duration
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all pkid Services
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying your session duration and net gaming activity

Responsible gaming tools take effect immediately or within a maximum of 24 hours as specified in each tool's description. Requests to increase deposit limits or reverse self-exclusion are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkid shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkid platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether or not pkid has been advised of the possibility of such damages
• Losses resulting from service interruptions, server outages, network failures, or technical faults outside pkid's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to maintain account security, including losses following unauthorised access where the Player has not complied with security obligations under these Terms
• The content, availability, or accuracy of any third-party information or odds data displayed on the platform

pkid's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for direct damages arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their pkid account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pkid's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by pkid's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

pkid reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the period requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• pkid's decision to withdraw Services from a specific jurisdiction or market

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC. Inactivity fees of Rs 200 per month may be applied to dormant accounts after twelve months of inactivity, once the balance falls below a threshold set by pkid's terms schedule in force at that time.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at any time. Voluntary closures will be processed within five (5) business days, and remaining verified balances will be returned as described above.

pkid reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the pkid platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or licensing authority direction.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pkid.bet/terms-conditions and will display the effective date prominently. Your continued use of any pkid Service after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the pkid platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 14 above.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkid holds its international gaming license. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the pkid Services.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and pkid, the Player should first contact the pkid support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pkid will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a written complaint containing full details of the Player's claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pkid's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the support team.
